Trainings Training methodology

Training methodology
Pedagogic approach
We use a practical and fun training methodology (based on the Eureka method):
- Pre and post communication to encourage the involvement of the participants
- Integration of tools backed up by the use of learning cycles and the "SAVI" method
- Work on actual cases
- Sharing of experiences and recommendations from participants
- Practice exercises and/or role play
- Preparation of an action plan at the end of each training session

Intervention level
We work on three levels:
- Knowledge (expertise, references etc.)
- Performance (using the tools, techniques etc.)
- Behaviour (awareness of how we work, need to change etc.). In our eyes, this level is absolutely crucial for making sure that participants do not just apply one technique or another like a formula without really thinking about it.
Some of the advantages of our intra-company training programmes
- We can customise our training courses to your needs:
Participants will acquire useful and practical tools which are suited to their specific working environment.
- We work with groups of no more than 8 to 10 people:
We can work closely with each participant and answer his/her questions, as well as providing advice.
- We use a training method which aims to encourage the transfer of skills:
It’s not all theory – we can help people become more efficient in their work.
- We work on the practical and the psychological:
For lasting changes in participants’ behaviour.
- Our trainers all have professional experience acquired before they became trainers:
the advice and tools that we offer participants are based on practical experience
