Training simulator    

We use a training simulator for our project management training and certain team-building activities.

Our project-management training simulator (Simultrain®) enables participants to manage a project under extremely realistic conditions whereby they are confronted with numerous situations and problems which are encountered in the majority of projects.

The simulator work is based on six fundamental principles

Learning through error and correction: The participants learn to avoid and correct classic errors in project management   Simulation exercises: The participants manage a project under highly realistic conditions. This allows one to see which aspects they need to improve in their project management.   The participants work in groups: Just like in real projects.   Putting things into practice: Each simulation session is followed by a debriefing session focusing upon the points which require improvement, a transfer of the knowledge acquired and its practical implementation in the company or institution of the participants.   Supervision and support: A trainer follows the groups during the simulation and debriefing stages and assists in the practical implementation of the knowledge and skills learned.
