Training objectives
At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:
- understand expectations with regard to managers in terms of behaviour and attitudes.
- adopt new ways of working in order to implement a more effective leadership.

- Becoming a manager: acquiring a new set of skills
- What attitudes are expected from a successful manager?
- The key attitudes and behaviour of a motivational manager.
- What roles does the manager play?
- Requirements with regard to managers
- To manage is to adapt
- Summary and personal action plan.
Follow up and application
Training can be supplemented by coaching sessions for:
- Following up on the plan of action and the difficulties in applying it.
- Long term integration of tools.
