The training seminar can be followed by coaching interviews to reinforce learning

Training objectives


At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

  • understand expectations with regard to managers in terms of behaviour and attitudes.
  • adopt new ways of working in order to implement a more effective leadership.

  • Becoming a manager: acquiring a new set of skills
     
  • What attitudes are expected from a successful manager?
     
  • The key attitudes and behaviour of a motivational manager.
     
  • What roles does the manager play?
     
  • Requirements with regard to managers
     
  • To manage is to adapt
     
  • Summary and personal action plan.

 

 

Follow up and application

Training can be supplemented by coaching sessions for:

  • Following up on the plan of action and the difficulties in applying it.
     
  • Long term integration of tools.
