Where does the MBTI come from?

The MBTI® was developed by Katharine Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers in the United States and is based on Jung's theories.

Katharine Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers developed a questionnaire to evaluate individual personality profiles, adapting Jung's model and making it more accessible to a wider audience.

How to discover your personality profile with the MBTI?

Your individual personality profile is established over the course of a "discovery of type" interview with a certified practitioner. This practitioner goes through the questionnaire with the participant in a semi-guided interview to establish his/her own type.
