Training objectives
At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

- Use communication and management methods to facilitate changes within the organisation.

- The stages of change
- How to facilitate change:
- The roles of the manager:
- Clarification, definition of the stages, integration of values, pursuit of objectives.
- Work on perceptions, beliefs and objectives.

- Summary and personal action plan
Follow up and application
Training can be supplemented by coaching sessions for:
- Following up on the plan of action and the difficulties in applying it.
- Long term integration of tools.
