The Effective Manager is a training seminar of which the aim is to develop effective leadership and the ability to motivate the entire group of employees.

Objectives of the training programme

Following the training, the participants will be able to:

• Better understand their modes of operation and those of their interlocutors.

• Employ a more efficient style of leadership.

• Engender better cooperation and improved motivation amongst all of their staff.

• Improved self-knowledge thanks to MBTI® (Myers and Briggs Type Indicator®)
   
• Better understanding the functioning of others
   
• Motivating staff
   
• Identifying the levers of motivation and the sources of demotivation
   
• Employing an appropriate style of leadership for different employees
   
• Adopting motivating attitudes and styles of communication
   
• Improved communication with staff
   
• Understanding the causes of poor communication
   
• Adopting “good attitudes” and tools for effective communication
   
• Developing listening skills with regard to employees
