Our management and leadership training seminars consist of the following components

A leadership training seminar: this leadership training seminar is designed for managers (or future managers).
It is divided into three stages:
- Knowing oneself better and understanding others better in order to adapt one’s leadership
- Better motivation
- Better communication with one’s staff.

An advanced-level leadership training seminar (senior management): this management training cycle is designed for persons with a certain degree of management experience and who have developed good communication skills.
This ledership training seminar aims to :
- Improve communication with staff
- Improve staff motivation
- Help those who are working poorly or who under stress to perform better.
Training sessions on specific themes
Training: the attitudes and roles of effective managers.
This management training session aims to help new or prospective managers to adopt attitudes and behaviour which allows them to establish their credibility and effectiveness as managers.
Training: motivating staff.
This training session aims to discover the tools of motivation. The participants learn to detect those aspects which curb motivation thanks to the motivation wheel©.
Training: motivating the whole team.
Employees behave differently in groups than on an individual basis. This training sessions teaches you how to manage the group.
Training: becoming a manager-coach.
Developing the potential of staff, assisting them in learning, these are the specialities of the manager-coach. This training session gives you access to the attitudes and tools of manager-coaches.
Training: effective delegation.
Why do we not delegate or only do so badly? This training session gives you the keys to effective and successful delegation.
E-learning management training.
The fundamentals of management, practical exercises in realistic situations using video. A good supplement to traditional management training methods.
