When is coaching necessary?
Coaching is recommended when:
- A certain level of confidentiality is required to deal with an individual’s issues.
- The issue is serious (burnout, pre-burnout etc.).
- The issue is unique, not covered by traditional training solutions and needs to be dealt with on a one-to-one basis.
- The issue is not clearly defined, when the issues must be established before a training solution or programme is defined.
- A speedy solution is required.
How do our coaches work?
Depending on the issue raised, a Coach will work with the individual in a series of one-to-one training or coaching sessions:
- The Coach will help to clarify the issue.
- The Coach will work with the individual to define his/her needs.
- The coach will introduce different management and self-management tools and techniques (time management, communication, self-management, team management etc.) and will help the individual put these different tools into practice.
Some of the advantages of our coaching solutions
- Coaching involves a one-to-one, in-depth, confidential approach.
- Our coaches have completed appropriate professional coaching training and accreditations and have acquired professional experience before they became coaches: they focus on concrete, practical applications.
- Our coaching programmes comply with the professional ethics prescribed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
