Practical organisation for coaching
How are our coaching sessions organised?
Coaching methodology
Aiming towards a specific goal, the coach works with the individual in one-to-one sessions:
- The coach will help to define the goal
- The coach will work with the individual to define his/her needs
- The coach will teach him/her to find the required resources
- The coach will give him/her a range of tools

Practical organisation for coaching sessions
- One-to-one programmes generally involve 2 hour sessions (on our premises).
- The sessions ideally take place at least 2 to 3 weeks apart.
- We work on the basis of an open and honest commitment (coaching contract) between the person being coached, the coach and the company (immediate superior or HR).
- We fully adhere to the ethical code of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Some of the advantages of our coaching solutions
- Coaching involves a one-to-one, in-depth, confidential approach
- Our coaches have completed appropriate professional coaching certification and training and have acquired professional experience before they became coaches: they focus on concrete, practical applications.
- Our coaching programmes comply with the professional ethics prescribed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
