Training objectives
At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:
- Understand how they and their colleagues work
- Communicate better with their colleagues
- Understanding how their colleagues react under stress
Course contents
- Define the participants' objectives
- Different personality types
- What different personality types expect from their colleagues or managers (psychological needs and sources of motivation)
- How to communicate with different personality types
- How different personality types react under stress
- Understanding different causes of stress for different personality types
- How to help people deal with stress (helping them not to let it affect their work)
- Improving your leadership style
- Summary and personal action plan
Follow up and application
Training can be supplemented by coaching sessions for:
- Following up on the plan of action and the difficulties in applying it.
- Long term integration of tools.
In addition we can supply each participant with one or more book which have been carefully selected for their practicality and use.
Training duration
The training lasts three days (9.00am - 4.30pm).
The days can be spread over one or two weeks for a better integration of the tools.
